1/21/04 -

The first midterm exam is now firmly scheduled for next Wednesday, 1/28. The material covered will include readings and lectures on application software (chapter 2), operating systems software (chapter 3), and the Internet (chapter 8), as well as the introductory chapter (chapter 1) and the lecture material on binary numbers. Don't forget to bring your pink Scantron (form number F-1712-ERI) and a number 2 pencil.

You will receive an email reply from the instructor if you have completed Assignment 1 as of 5pm Monday 1/19. If you submitted the assignment but have not received a reply, you should contact the instructor and submit the assignment again. Due to Cruzmail outages Wednesday and Thursday, Assignment 1 will be due by the end of lab (12pm) on Tuesday, January 20.
