    • Mid-term #1 was given Jan 29th the results are available, but the link has been taken down.  Everyone should have seen them by now.  If not, send me an e-mail and ask for your results.  
    • Midterm #2 will be on Feb 24th.  A review2.html specifying the sections of the text where you should focus your studying is here.
    • The final exam (or Mid-Term #3) was on March 19th at 8:05 AM. A review3.html specifying the sections of the text where you should focus your studying is here.

  • How are you doing?
    • Curious about how you are doing in the class?  Your scores from class assignments and tests can be found at here, your HW and test scores..
    • This is a running total now. 
      1. Homework 5 and 6 have been entered – check to make sure your scores are there. 
      2. When I receive the final exam scores from the scanning process I will post them.
      3.  I will post final project scores as I get them, but most will not be up until Tuesday, the 25th of March.   
      4. I will check for extra credit work one more time on March 21st.  The information that is there was current as of March 12th.
      5. If you look in the far right hand column you will find your total points.
    • Check to make sure all your scores for the homework, etc. are there and none have been missed.

  • EXTRA CREDIT
    • This is worth 5 points extra credit.  You must complete a self-paced tutorial module from the UCSC library’s “NetTrail.”
    • Open the web page at this URL  http://nettrail.ucsc.edu/master/
    • Using the map on the left hand side, go to module III, Library Resources.  This module is about Cruzcat, the UCSC library’s on-line catalogue.
    • Complete the first two exercises in module III – only do module III!!  Be sure to fill out the requested information and submit your answers for the first two exercises that are part of module III.
    • The NetTrial application will generate reports telling me which students have completed the exercises.  When I see your name in the report I will award you 5 points extra credit.
