Readings for: Writing Your Own Web Page: Using HTML -- The book does not have a chapter on HTML and building web pages. Instead work your way through the following on-line tutorial (there are eight short lessons):

Another on-line source is Introduction to HTML (http://www.cwru.edu/help/introHTML/toc.html) Consider it recommended reading, but not required.
