Objective

Learn to use GenePix 6.0 and be able to grid a spotted microarray.

Excercise

  1. GenePix Tutorial: Work through the GenePix tutorial, chapter 4 of manual.
  2. Now that you've got the basics down, use the array TIFF below to grid and analyze the data
Data: Pyrobaculum Array TIF    GAL file
(to save files, right-click, choose "Save target as", and save the tiff as "Pae-array1.tif", and the gal file as "Pae-printC.gal")
