Welcome to AMS 7 and 7L (Fall 2006)

Announcements and grade distributions on the homeworks, quizzes, and midterm:
- (Mon 4 Dec) The formula sheet for the final exam is here, and the assignment for Homework 4 (which includes a formula useful on the final is here.
- (Tue 26 Sep) Because of an error by the Registrar, we will need to consolidate the discussion sections and labs in AMS 7 and 7L (this will be sorted out in class on Thu 28 Sep). As a result, discussion sections and labs will begin meeting during the week of 2-6 Oct and will not meet until that week.
- (Tue 3 Oct) The due date of homework 1 has been moved back to Tue 10 Oct, so that everybody has a chance to take part in the discussion sections in the week of 2-6 Oct (during those discussion sections, problems that will help you with homework 1 will be covered).
- (Thu 12 Oct) The due date of homework 2 has been moved back to Thu 19 Oct.
- (Tue 17 Oct) Grade distributions for quiz 1, quiz 2, and homework 1.
- (Wed 18 Oct) There will be no lab sections during the week of 23-27 Oct, so that you can concentrate on the takehome midterm, which will be handed out in class on Tue 24 Oct and due one week later -- you can turn in your completed assignments for Lab 3 in class, no later than Thu 26 Oct.
