| Announcements: Final scores and letter grades are posted below. Letter grades and their respective score range: A+ [97%, 100%); A [93%, 97%); A- [90%, 93%); B+ [85%, 90%); B [81%, 85%); B-[71%, 81%); C+[67%, 71%); C[63%, 67%); D[55%, 67%). ' For a "Pass" you'll need at least a C (60%). If you have questions about your final exam or your final grade you'll have a chance to discuss it with me this Wednesday (July 30th) between 6.00 and 7.00pm, at Baskin 137. Bring all your homeworks, quizzes and midterm. Extra meeting tomorrow (Thursday) between 6.00 and 7.00pm. Grades will be official after that meeting. You can pick up finals at Baskin 137 at anytime. Final grade calculation: first we took 20% of the average of homeworks, 20% of average of quizzes, 30% of midterm and 30% of the final. For each student we omitted the worst quiz and worst homework scores. The students who did the extra credit assignement got an additional homework score dropped. The decimal part of the resulting score got truncated (ie. no rounding up or down). Contact the instructor if you have any questions.
